CRM APP has a check-in feature that is integrated into the mobile phone's GPS system; please check if location services are on.

For instance, if you have an iPhone, the following steps should be followed in order to turn on location services: [Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Vital CRM > While Using the App].

Turn on the Vital CRM check-in feature.

*Reminder: The check-in feature can also be used with "customer notes".
