1. Go to [Marketing script] tab, then click [Add].
2. Enter script name in the pop out window to continue.
3. The script will now use the name that you input. Depending on your needs, you can choose [Add Email], [Add SMS], [Add Task] or [Share Data with].
4. The following will explain each of the options: [Add Email] and [Add SMS]
(1) Add Email: System will send emails at pre-set times.
*You must set up your email marketing script first and save as template.
*The [Send Time] setting is different from marketing script. It can be set to be sent within a few days after the activation of the contact script. This feature is used for sending in large batches.
(2) Add SMS: System will send the marketing SMS according to your sending schedule.
*You must set up your SMS marketing script first and save as template.
*When sending time is same as email, you can choose [Send Now] or [Send in a few days].
5. Set the schedule as shown in the following figure and save when done to make sure it applies to the customer.
