How are marketing SMS credits calculated?

One SMS is equal to one credit. For international SMS messages sent outside of Taiwan, each message is worth three credit. For two-way SMS messages, each message is worth two credit.

If a message fails to send, the system will deduct the points first, and then refund the failed SMS points after all messages have been sent.

Note:

• Messages exceeding 160 characters will be sent in long SMS format.
• Using two-way SMS allows you to receive and record customer replies from within Taiwan. Each message sent will incur an additional point. The valid period for receiving replies is within 7 days
• The length of the SMS message varies by personalization, it is highly recommended to preview SMS message content before sending.
