Integration of CRM customer numbers with Survey Form

In short, you can select a portion of customers from Vital CRM and conduct a survey using Google Form or SurveyCake. Then, write the survey results back to the CRM.

1. Embed "CRM customer numbers" in the survey form within the emails sent from CRM.
2. After completing the survey, export the survey results and import them back into the CRM as notes.
3. Tag CRM customers based on specific surveys (e.g., customer complaints).
4. Alternatively, use the CRM API to write the survey data back to the CRM.
