What is the approval process for external forms?

Since the applicant cannot select the approver when filling out an external form, only when individual approvers are added in Work flow will the system assign the approval process. Organizations or groups added will be directly accepted.

Below are some examples:
1. When many individual approvers are added to a Work flow, only the first person on the approval list will be asked to approve of the document.
2. When groups + individual approvers are added to a Work flow, only the individual approvers will be asked to approve of the document.
3. When groups + organizations are added to a Work flow, the document will have immediate approval (no approval process included).
