Currently, LINE of the CRM system does not support displaying stickers or emoji in third-party systems. Therefore, stickers and emoji used in LINE cannot be displayed in CRM. This means that if you send a message from CRM with emoji codes, such as (Rose), it will not be converted into an emoji on the customer's mobile device.
